Directions From Almeria Airport

First leave the airport and follow the signs to the motorway and to Murcia.

The Scenic Route

1. Head towards Murcia for about 45-50 minutes until you start to see signs to Mojacar - Carbonares at the exit that indicates "Venta del Pobre".

2. Once you hit the fishing town of Carboneras, follow the signs to Mojacar. You will go along a winding road (very scenic and great for photos if you have a camera handy) and then travel through a town called Sopalmo.

3. Drive along Mojacar Beach road until you reach 2nd small roundabout. Take first exit off roundabout into car park by beach.
Scubajive is 2nd unit from right.

The Most Direct Route

1. Continue on the motorway until you see the exit to Turre.

2. Take the Turre exit and follow all the signs to Mojacar.

3. Drive past the village, which you will see perched on the mountain on the right and continue down to the beach.

4. Once you are at the beach, you will arrive at a roundabout. Take the right exit.

5. Continue about 2 kilometres until you reach the next roundabout. Turn left at roundabout into car park by beach. Scubjaive is 2nd from right.

Directions From Alicante Airport

1. Leave Alicante Airport and follow the signs to Murcia.

2. After about 35 - 40 minutes you will reach Murcia.

3. Follow all signs to Almeria. There are many exits and a lot of traffic (in high season), but if you stay with the signs to Almeria you should have no problem.

4. Drive for approximately another hour and 20 minutes until you see signs for Vera, Mojacar and Garrucha.

5. Take the exit here and follow all signs to Mojacar.

6. Once you approach Mojacar beach you will arrive at a roundabout. Take the right hand exit along the beach road.

7. Continue about 2 kilometres until you reach the next roundabout. Turn left at roundabout into car park by beach. Scubjaive is 2nd from right.
